Product overview
SF6 gas density relay is an important component used to monitor SF6 gas density change in SF6 switch body. Its performance directly affects the safety of SF6 switch operation. SF6 gas density relays running in the field often have inflexivity and poor contact after a period of time due to infrequent action, and some also have poor temperature compensation performance of density relays. When the ambient temperature changes, SF6 density relays often misoperate. Therefore, DL/T596-2005 "Preventive Test Procedures for Power Equipment" stipulates that each SF6 switch user should regularly check the SF6 gas density relay. In actual operation, SF6 density relays and pressure gauges in field operation are also regularly checked.
KDJD-D density relay calibrator is an intelligent calibration instrument for SF6 gas density relay. The calibrator adopts high-precision pressure sensor and high-speed A/D converter, combined with 32-bit high-performance microprocessor, can verify the performance of various SF6 gas density relays, can accurately measure the pressure value at the current temperature when the signal is operated, and automatically complete the standard pressure conversion of different ambient temperatures to 20ºC, and has the function of printing, storage and U disk transfer. At the same time, the fault in the test process is automatically identified. Instrument function
The main function of the instrument is to measure the alarm value, lock value, alarm return value and lock return value of SF6 gas density relay. The measurement process can be single lock measurement and double lock measurement. At the same time, the instrument has the function of normal temperature pressure gauge calibration and 20 degree pressure gauge calibration.
