Product Description
This test bench is mainly used to assess the impact of the drop impact on the packaging in the actual transportation and loading and unloading process, and to assess the impact strength of the packaging in the handling process and the rationality of the packaging design. The zero drop testing machine is mainly used for larger packaging drop tests. The zero drop testing machine consists of an "E" type fork that can quickly move downward as the specimen bracket. The tested goods are placed in balance according to the test requirements (surface, edge, Angle test). During the test, the support plate moves down at a high speed, leaving the specimen, and the "E" fork falls to the base plate glue under the action of the high efficiency shock absorber, which is embedded in the bottom plate. Theoretically, the zero drop test can be conducted from the zero height range, and the drop height can be set numerically according to the test requirements. And automatically perform drop test according to the set height of large packaged goods and specimens drop test.
