Plastic Pipe Extrusion mold is a kind of molding mold, but his way of discharging is to achieve through the action of extrusion.It is widely used in aluminum shaped structure and also in plastic parts.In the front end of the extruder, used for making pipe, or profile. In short, the mold is used to shape the tool, this tool is composed of various parts, different mold is composed of different parts, it mainly through the formation of material physical state change to achieve the shape of the object processing.
The mould is the main processing tool for manufacturing parts in industrial departments such as machinery manufacturing, radio instrument, motor and electric appliance.The quality of die directly affects the quality of pressure processing technology, the precision output of products and production cost. Besides rational structure design and machining accuracy, the quality and service life of molds are mainly affected by mold materials and heat treatment.

Production process of our Plastic extrusion mould extrusion die head,
1. Quality Control for income Raw material.
2. Material Heat treatment.
3. Raw material will do Wire-electrode cutting, CNC machining,drilling,etc.
4.Finished components will do pre-assembly, after that, polishing components to make sure all components match together perfect and with smooth surface. Lastly, extrusion die head will do Chrome-plating process.
5. Plastic Extrusoin mould extrusion die head will do assembly again.
6. Ready Package and delivery.
What's The Main Business In Your Company? The main products are PE/PPR/PVC pipe production lines,WPC/PVC profile produciton lines,PET bottles and PP/PE films recycling line,Plastic wastes pelletizing lines, and all kinds of otherauxiliary equipments,such as Mixer,Crusher,Pulverizer,Shredder,Water Chiller and so on.
Can you tell me your payment way and delivery and guarantee time?
1. Delivery Time: 30 working days after receiving your down payment.
2. Payment Condition: 30% by T/T for deposit and 70% by T/T before delivery time.
3.Guarantee: 12 months for the machine (the electric parts for 6 months).
How about your arrangement for inspection,installation and testing work?
1. After all machines are delivered to customer's factory;
2.We will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer's factory.
3.The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance for each engineer.
4.Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's factory.
