Features:

1. The stainless steel test box adopts the front door design to facilitate cleaning the inner wall of the box;

2. The inner wall of the box is calcium silicate plate, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion;

3. Stainless steel smoke collecting hood device, as for the upper part of the combustion test box;

4. 300mm X 450mm porous ceramic thermal radiation plate, placed at an Angle of 30 °;

5. T-type porous burner is provided, open fire is applied to the sample, and cylinder driving mode is adopted;

6. The optical path system includes a light source of 2900 ± 100 K color temperature incandescent lamp, and the light source is accepted as a silicon photodiode;

7. The shutter is placed in the front of the silicon photodiode, which can be automatically opened and closed by the computer test software for easy calibration;

8. Rotameter regulates the flame height of t-type burner;

9. Propane mass flowmeter regulates gas flow rate of radiant plate and displays it digitally;

10. Provide air source with its own blower and test gas by venturi mixture;

11. Adopt mass flow controller to adjust the inlet flow of radiant plate;

12, SB water cooling heat flow meter, working range is 0-50 kW/m2, heat flow meter accuracy <±2%, response time is 0.2s, provide portable cooling water source, no need for external water;

13. The user can move the heat flux meter to conveniently calibrate the radiant plate heat flux, and the test software can draw the standard heat flux curve;

14. Equipped with foot switch, the user can obtain the flame spread time to reach the test distance according to the flame spread distance, and the computer can record by itself;

15. Install one thermocouple for each chimney and one thermocouple for each box, which can be displayed by computer software;

16. Equipped with infrared radiometer, which can detect the temperature of radiation plate and display it with computer software;

17. Equipped with a 15-inch industrial touch screen computer, the user can monitor the whole combustion test process through the test software;

18. The software can display the values of heat radiation flux, smoke density curve, transmittance curve, wind speed and other relevant test information.
