Introduction of the carbonization furnace 

 The carbonization furnace can carbonize wood logs and biomass sawdust briquette, and the carbonization reaction of the
raw materials inside increases with the temperature in the furnace.
Preparation before carbonization:
1. Load the stick: put the prepared salary bar or the timber stick with the moisture below 12% into the welded iron frame, and
put the iron frame into it.The inside of the carbonization furnace liner is covered with a liner cover; (It is recommended to put
a 3 layer iron frame in the inner tank, which can be customized according to the height of the liner.)The height of the iron frame
and salary bar is generally 40-50CM).
2.sealing: use the driving to hang the installed liner into the carbonization furnace; connect the short tube between the inner tank
and the filter can, and use the sealing cottonOr wet fine sand seal; the ends of the short tube are sealed with wet sand; the temperature
gauge is installed and connected.

   The whole machine includes one outer stove, three inner stoves, and the 3 ton hoisting tools. When one inner stove finished carbonization, we will use the hoisting tools to hoist the inner stove out from the outer stove, then let the inner stove natural cooling, at the same time, we can put another inner stove into the outer stove, which will save a lot of time, so the productivity increases a lot, it is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.

The internal structure of the carbonization furnace is high-quality refractory brick material, and the refractory brick can withstand temperatures up to 1000°.

 

Smoke purification

Some carbon gas is generated during the carbonization process, so the carbonization furnace is connected to the flue gas purification device to purify the exhaust gas. Flue gas purification spraying, condensing, and absorbing three processes can purify the flue gas. the flue gas treatment effect is good and it is not easy to block the pipeline.

and after 10 minutes, the carbonized liner is hoisted.
