Automatic integrated CT current transformer tester bench equipment machine
I.Summary
Extreme speed CT Testing bench is a new generation transformer verification device developed by our company in order to adapt to the rapid and accurate characteristics of modern transformer verification. By HMQA-C extreme speed CT calibrator, current load box, control cabinet, current transformer special test table and other parts. On the premise of maintaining the characteristics of the original technology, the rapid measurement of the current transformer, the rapid positioning of the test point, the load box and the cover of the transformer with various ratios have been greatly improved
II. Product Functions
1.The device adopts the technology of voltage regulator to make the location of point more fast and accurate
2.The device has a qualitative improvement in the measuring speed of multiple current transformers, and can measure 12 current transformers with any ratio in 3-5 minutes.
3.The device is equipped with 5 A standard current transformer, the current load box is equipped with 5 A load value 2.5 VA-60VA, the voltage load box is equipped with 100 load values from 1.25 VA-158.75VA which can basically meet the requirements of users. Load box can switch automatically when measuring
4.The device can be used to measure the specification and non-specification of the transformer, and the user can specify the measurement of any percentage point when measuring
5.it has the interface to print different test report, and also can export test date
